This mompush wiz 2 in 1 bassinet stroller review covers the T629 model, a versatile option for families from newborn through toddler years. The listing highlights two defining specs: a reversible seat that faces you or the world, and a one-hand fold mechanism for quick storage. Weighing 23.1 pounds, it balances portability with stability. The stroller measures 36.8 inches long and 24 inches wide when open. It includes a bassinet mode for infants and adapts as your child grows. This spec-based look explains how these features function in daily use without testing.
- Reversible seat orientation allows parent-facing or outward-facing positioning.
- One-hand fold mechanism simplifies loading and storage.
- Includes bassinet mode for newborn comfort and reclining seat for toddlers.
- UPF 50+ zip-out canopy with ventilation panels for sun protection.
- Omnidirectional wheels with advanced suspension for smooth maneuvering.
Good fit for
This stroller suits parents who need a single unit for newborns and toddlers. The reversible seat helps you keep an eye on your infant or let your toddler observe the world. The one-hand fold is ideal for those who frequently load and unload gear from cars or public transport. The bassinet mode provides a flat sleep surface for younger babies, while the reclining seat accommodates older children. If you value easy maneuverability in tight spaces due to the omnidirectional wheels, this setup fits your routine.
Who can skip it
Buyers should look elsewhere if they need immediate car seat compatibility. The data states that the car seat adapter is sold separately, adding an extra purchase step. If you prefer a stroller under 20 pounds, the 23.1-pound weight might feel heavy during frequent lifting. Also, if you require a stroller that folds to fit in smaller car trunks, the 36.8-inch length when unfolded may be too large. Those wanting built-in storage trays must buy the separate snack tray option.
Verdict
The Mompush Wiz offers a practical two-in-one solution with a reversible seat and easy fold. It is a solid choice for parents who need a grow-with-me stroller with newborn bassinet capabilities.

Mompush Wiz Key Specs Explained
Fold Mechanism: One-hand fold
You can collapse the frame using a single hand, which is useful when you are holding a child or carrying bags. This mechanism simplifies loading the stroller into a car trunk or storing it in tight spaces. It is particularly helpful for busy parents who need to manage multiple tasks simultaneously without assistance.
Stroller Weight: 23.1 pounds
This weight places the stroller in the lighter category for full-featured models. A 23.1-pound frame is easier to lift into overhead bins or carry up stairs compared to heavier options. You benefit from reduced strain during travel or daily use. Compare this figure when prioritizing portability without sacrificing structural stability or storage capacity.
Seat Orientation: Reversible
The seat can face either toward you or toward the world. This feature lets you adjust based on your child's mood or your need for supervision. Parent-facing mode supports bonding and monitoring, while outward-facing mode encourages exploration. You gain flexibility to switch orientations as your child grows from a newborn to a toddler.
Car Seat Compatibility: Car seat adapter sold separately
The stroller does not include the adapter needed to attach infant car seats. You must purchase this accessory separately to create a travel system. This adds to the initial setup cost and requires an extra step before use. Check adapter availability and pricing if you plan to use this stroller with compatible infant car seats.

Design and Build Details
The listing describes the Mompush Wiz as a black, 2-in-1 stroller with a bassinet mode. Its folded dimensions are 33.7 inches long, 24 inches wide, and 23.1 inches high. The stroller weighs 23.1 pounds. This weight is moderate for a full-size model with a bassinet. You can carry it up stairs or lift it into a trunk without excessive strain. The compact folded size helps you store it in small closets or tight car spaces.
According to the listing, the seat is reversible. You can face it toward you for reassurance or outward for visual stimulation. The handle is covered in faux leather, which provides extra grip. This material choice suggests durability and comfort during long walks. The stroller features omnidirectional wheels and a sturdy advanced suspension system. These specs mean you get smooth, 360-degree maneuvering on various surfaces.
The canopy offers UPF 50+ protection with ventilation panels. A zip-out design allows you to adjust coverage based on weather. An included foot cover shields your child from harsh conditions. The one-hand fold mechanism simplifies transitions between modes. This layout supports on-the-go families who need quick setup and secure storage for essentials under the seat.

Setup And Everyday Use Details
You set up this stroller by assembling the frame and attaching the seat or bassinet. The listing notes it works from birth as a newborn stroller and converts to a toddler seat. You can attach infant car seats, but the adapter is sold separately. This means you need to purchase that accessory if you plan to use it with a compatible Maxi-Cosi or Nuna car seat.
Daily use involves managing the reversible seat. You can face your child toward you for reassurance or turn it outward for visual stimulation. The seat reclines, allowing your baby to sleep comfortably. The faux leather handle provides grip, and the advanced suspension system with omnidirectional wheels offers cushioning. The wheels allow 360-degree maneuvering, which helps when navigating tight spaces or uneven surfaces.
Storage is managed with a large under-seat basket. The stroller folds with one hand, making it easy to load into a car or store in a closet. The folded dimensions are 33.7 inches long, 24 inches wide, and 23.1 inches high. The canopy offers UPF 50+ protection and includes ventilation panels for airflow. A zip-out design allows you to adjust coverage. The included foot cover protects against harsh weather. The handle height is adjustable, reaching up to 41.3 inches, which accommodates users of different heights. You can choose from various colors and styles, including options with a snack tray or adapter. The stroller weighs 23.1 pounds, which is moderate for a full-size model.

What To Check Before Buying
Before you buy this stroller, verify your infant car seat compatibility. The listing states that a car seat adapter is sold separately. You must check if your specific brand, such as Maxi-Cosi or Nuna, requires an additional purchase to work with this frame. Do not assume it attaches directly. Next, consider the storage needs. The large wheels and suspension system contribute to the 23.1-pound weight. This makes it stable but heavier than ultralight options. If you frequently lift the stroller into small car trunks, test the one-hand fold mechanism in person. Also, plan for weather protection. The UPF 50+ canopy includes ventilation panels, but the included foot cover is essential for colder months. Compare this model against other 2-in-1 strollers in our 1 options. If you prioritize a reversible seat and smooth ride over minimal weight, this fits your needs. Keep the faux leather handle clean to maintain grip.
Check before you buy
- Confirm if your infant car seat adapter is included or sold separately.
- Check if 23.1 pounds is manageable for your daily lifting routine.
- Verify the one-hand fold fits your car trunk dimensions.
- Ensure the UPF 50+ canopy meets your sun protection needs.
