Good fit for
This stroller suits parents who need a lightweight option for two children. The 18.30-pound weight helps if you carry it up stairs or into cars often. The folded size fits through standard 30-inch doorways, which is useful for small apartments or tight storage spaces. The front swivel wheels and suspension make it easier to navigate sidewalks. The JPMA certification provides peace of mind regarding safety standards. It is also a good fit for families visiting Disney parks, as it meets their size requirements.
Who can skip it
You might want to look elsewhere if you need a stroller for rough terrain. This model has small 5.5-inch wheels, which are not ideal for trails or uneven ground. The single parent cup holder limits storage for your drinks. If you need extensive storage for two children's items, the double rear canopy bags may be insufficient. The lightweight frame may feel less durable than heavier all-terrain models. Also, if you require a stroller for a child over the weight limit, check the seat capacity details before buying.
Verdict
The Delta Children Jeep Scout Double Stroller is a practical, lightweight choice for urban use and travel. Its compact fold and certified safety features make it suitable for most everyday double-stroller needs.

Key specs explained
Configuration: Double
This stroller holds two children at once. You get two separate seats in one frame. This setup saves space compared to carrying two single strollers. It suits families with young kids close in age. You can manage two outings with one push. Compare this to single strollers if you need to travel light with one child.
Stroller Weight: 18.30 pounds
The total weight is under 19 pounds. This makes the unit very light for a double stroller. You can lift it easily into car trunks or up stairs. It reduces strain on your back and arms. Most double strollers weigh over 25 pounds. Choose this model if you prioritize portability and easy handling over heavy-duty durability.
Folded dimensions: 13 Inches X 11.2 Inches x 42.1 Inches
The folded size is narrow but tall. The 13-inch width fits through most standard doorways. The 42.1-inch height requires vertical space in your trunk. You need a car with enough vertical clearance to store it upright. Compare this to compact folds if you have a small SUV. Plan your storage space before buying.
Assembled Dimensions: 23.4 Inches D x 29.9 Inches W x 37 Inches H
The width is just under 30 inches. This allows navigation through standard 30-inch door frames. The 37-inch height keeps the center of gravity low for stability. The depth is compact for tight aisles. You can maneuver it in crowded stores easily. Check your home door widths to ensure it passes through without tilting.
JPMA certified
The Juvenile Products Manufacturers Association certifies this stroller. This means it meets strict safety standards for design and performance. You get assurance that the frame and brakes are reliable. It also meets ASTM and CPSC regulations. This certification provides peace of mind for your children. Look for this mark when comparing safety features in other models.

Before you choose
Before you buy this double stroller
You should verify that your home doorways and vehicle trunks accommodate the folded dimensions of 13 inches by 11.2 inches by 42.1 inches. The listing notes it fits through standard 30-inch wide doors, but you must check your specific entry points. Since the stroller weighs 18.30 pounds, you can lift it easily, but you may want a car seat adapter if you plan to use infant carriers. This model is JPMA certified and meets ASTM and CPSC safety standards, so you do not need to worry about basic safety compliance. However, you should inspect the five-point harness and reflective materials regularly to ensure they remain secure. Unlike heavier all-terrain options, this lightweight double stroller is best for paved surfaces. You should compare its 5.5-inch wheels against other models if you frequently navigate rough terrain. The multi-position recline and parent cup holder add convenience, but you might need separate storage bags for diapers since the rear canopy bags are limited in size. This stroller suits families who prioritize easy maneuverability and compact storage over rugged outdoor capability.
Check before you buy
- Check if your car trunk fits the 42.1-inch folded length.
- Verify your doorways are wider than 30 inches for easy entry.
- Confirm you have compatible infant car seats for the frame.
- Ensure your typical walking paths are paved for the 5.5-inch wheels.
- Inspect the five-point harness and reflective materials for security.
