If you are looking for graco fastaction lx jogger stroller alternatives, you likely want similar features in a different package. The original model offers a one-second, one-hand fold and a multi-position reclining seat. It weighs 28.2 pounds and includes a large storage basket. These specs make it practical for daily errands and quick storage.
However, you might prefer a lighter frame, all-terrain tires, or a different brand. The alternatives on this list were chosen because their specifications overlap with the original. You can find options with air tires, adjustable suspension, or included infant car seats. Some models prioritize compact folding, while others offer robust all-terrain performance. This selection covers various needs, from lightweight travel to durable jogging setups. You can compare weights, fold mechanisms, and seat features to find the best fit for your lifestyle.

How each alternative compares
Baby Jogger City Mini GT2 Travel System
The Baby Jogger City Mini GT2 Travel System weighs 33.8 pounds, which is 5.6 pounds heavier than the Graco FastAction LX. It offers all-terrain air tires and suspension for rougher surfaces, whereas the Graco focuses on urban convenience. This model includes an infant car seat, adding to its cost and complexity compared to the Graco’s carrier compatibility. You get a one-hand fold on both, but the GT2 is wider at 24.9 inches versus 23.5 inches. Choose this if you need durable off-road performance and want an included seat rather than buying components separately.
Chicco Bravino Lightweight Compact Stroller
The Chicco Bravino is significantly lighter at 20.5 pounds, making it 7.7 pounds easier to carry than the 28.2-pound Graco. It folds to a compact 35 inches in length, compared to the Graco’s 53 inches, offering better storage in small cars or closets. Both feature one-hand folds and reclining seats. However, the Bravino lacks the dedicated jogging stability of the Graco. It is ideal for parents who prioritize lightweight portability and compact storage over all-terrain jogging capabilities. It works best with Chicco KeyFit seats, unlike the Graco’s ICS compatibility.
Chicco Activ3 All-Terrain Jogging Stroller
The Chicco Activ3 weighs 27.5 pounds, slightly lighter than the Graco’s 28.2 pounds. It matches the Graco in using a one-hand fold and targeting jogging use. The Activ3 is wider at 25 inches and longer at 47.5 inches, compared to the Graco’s 23.5-inch width and 53-inch length. It features an adjustable suspension system for varied terrain, which the Graco does not specify. Both include storage baskets. Pick the Chicco if you prefer its suspension tuning and Chicco car seat integration, or stick with the Graco for its faster fold mechanism and broader carrier compatibility.
Weego Side-by-Side Double Stroller
The Weego Side-by-Side Double Stroller is designed for twins or siblings, weighing 31 pounds. It is wider at 30 inches and longer at 35 inches than the Graco’s 53-inch length. Unlike the single-seat Graco, this model offers two independent reclining seats. It features a one-hand fold, similar to the Graco. This option is not for jogging but for travel and daily use with two children. It sacrifices the single-child convenience and compact footprint of the Graco for dual seating. Choose this if you need to transport two young children simultaneously in a compact double format.
Chicco TRE All-Terrain Jogging Stroller
The Chicco TRE weighs 28.5 pounds, just 0.3 pounds heavier than the Graco FastAction LX. It is built for all-terrain jogging with adjustable suspension, similar to the Activ3. The TRE is 25.5 inches wide and 47.5 inches long, slightly wider than the Graco’s 23.5-inch width. Both offer one-hand folds and storage baskets. The TRE is a robust choice for active parents who prioritize terrain handling. It uses Chicco car seat adapters. If you want a jogging stroller with adjustable suspension and do not mind the extra width, the TRE is a solid alternative to the Graco’s simpler design.
Mompush Wiz 2-in-1 Reversible Stroller
The Mompush Wiz weighs 23.1 pounds, making it 5.1 pounds lighter than the Graco. It offers a reversible seat and a bassinet option for newborns, features the Graco lacks. The folded dimensions are 33.7 inches long, much more compact than the Graco’s 53 inches. Both use one-hand folds. The Mompush is heavier in width at 24 inches compared to the Graco’s 23.5 inches. It is ideal for parents needing a versatile newborn setup with a bassinet. You sacrifice the dedicated jogging stability of the Graco for this reversible, compact, and lightweight travel system.

Questions people ask
Frequently asked questions
Which alternative stroller is the lightest option?
The Chicco Bravino Lightweight Compact Stroller is the lightest choice at 20.5 pounds. It weighs nearly 8 pounds less than the Graco FastAction LX. This makes it easier to lift into cars or carry up stairs. Its compact fold also aids in storage when you are traveling or navigating tight spaces.
Can I use these strollers for jogging?
Yes, several models are designed for jogging. The Baby Jogger City Mini GT2, Chicco Activ3, and Chicco TRE all support jogging use. They feature all-terrain tires and suspension systems to handle rougher surfaces. The Weego and Mompush are better suited for travel or urban walking rather than active running.
Which stroller is best for twins or siblings?
The Weego Side-by-Side Double Stroller is the only double option on this list. It fits twins or young siblings side-by-side. It offers independent reclining seats for each child. Despite its double configuration, it maintains a lightweight design and one-hand fold for manageable portability.
Do these strollers include infant car seats?
Only the Baby Jogger City Mini GT2 Travel System includes an infant car seat. The other models require you to purchase car seat adapters separately. If you use Chicco seats, the Chicco Bravino, Activ3, and TRE are compatible with their specific adapters. The Graco FastAction LX works with Graco seats.
Which stroller is best for newborns?
The Mompush Wiz 2-in-1 Reversible Stroller is best for newborns. It includes a bassinet mode for flat lying. The seat is also reversible, allowing you to face your child. This setup provides a secure environment for infants who cannot yet sit up independently, unlike the standard reclining seats on other models.
How wide are the alternative strollers?
Widths vary from 20 to 30 inches. The Chicco Bravino is the narrowest at 20 inches, fitting easily through standard doorways. The Weego double is the widest at 30 inches. The Graco FastAction LX sits in the middle at 23.5 inches. Consider your home and car door widths before choosing.
Which model has the best suspension for rough terrain?
The Baby Jogger City Mini GT2 and Chicco TRE offer robust all-terrain performance. Both feature adjustable suspension systems to smooth out bumpy paths. The Chicco Activ3 also provides adjustable suspension for jogging. These models handle off-road surfaces better than the lightweight urban options like the Chicco Bravino.
Do all these strollers fold with one hand?
Yes, every stroller listed features a one-hand fold mechanism. This includes the Graco FastAction LX, Baby Jogger City Mini GT2, Chicco Bravino, Chicco Activ3, Weego, Chicco TRE, and Mompush Wiz. This feature allows you to collapse the stroller while holding your child or carrying bags.
