Fabuloso Lemon All Purpose Cleaner: Which Bottle to Buy
As Amazon Associates, we earn from qualifying purchases. This means we may receive a small commission at no extra cost to you if you click through and make a purchase.
Fabuloso is the bright, strongly scented multi-purpose cleaner that fills a bucket with color and a room with fragrance. Made by Colgate-Palmolive, it is a go-to for floors, bathrooms and kitchens, and the Refreshing Lemon scent is one of its best-known versions. For vacation rental hosts and RV owners, the real choice is not whether to use it but which bottle: a compact concentrate that fits under a small sink, or a gallon jug that keeps up with back-to-back guest turnovers.
These six listings split into three sizes: 56-ounce 2X concentrate sold singly or as a six-pack, 128-ounce gallon jugs that make 64 gallons of cleaning solution, and a gallon listing whose details do not add up.

- Long surface list
Cons
- Single bottle runs out sooner
- 77 lb shipping weight
The Fabuloso 2X All-Purpose Cleaner in Refreshing Lemon is a single 56-fluid-ounce bottle of 2X concentrate. The listing says the concentrated formula gives twice as many uses per bottle compared with non-concentrated Fabuloso Original, and it describes the lemon as a blend of citrus and florals.
This is the most detailed listing of the six on where you can use it. It calls it a no-rinse floor cleaner safe for everyday cleaning on floors, sinks, toilets, tubs, showers, sealed wood, appliances, counters, walls, doorknobs and furniture. The package measures 10.31 by 4.25 by 3.5 inches and weighs 3.77 pounds, and the manufacturer is Colgate-Palmolive.
For an RV or a small studio rental, this is the bottle we would pick. It fits under a compact sink, it weighs less than half of a gallon jug, and concentrate means fewer bottles to haul. It gives way to the gallon options when you are cleaning several units a week. If you prefer a different scent profile for small spaces, see our look at a gentler all purpose cleaner option.

Pros

Cons
- 53 lb, heavy to carry
- Surface list shorter than 56 oz
Best for: Hosts stocking several rental units
Pros

Cons

- 85 lb case to store
The Fabuloso Multi-Purpose Cleaner 2X Concentrated listing is a pack of six 56-ounce bottles. The title says Refreshing Lemon, but the description refers to a passion of fruits scent, so the listing contradicts itself on fragrance. Confirm the scent before ordering if lemon specifically matters to you.
The description says it works as a bathroom, kitchen or floor cleaner, cuts through grease, grime and dirt, and has an easy-pour bottle. The 2X formula is described as giving twice the uses and twice the active ingredients. The case measures 14 by 11 by 8 inches and weighs 24.85 pounds.
This suits hosts who manage several vacation units and want to leave one compact bottle at each property. For a single home or RV, six bottles is more than you need, and the single 56-ounce bottle is the easier buy.

Fabuloso Lemon All Purpose Cleaner Makes 64 Gallons for Frequent Floor Cleaning
8.8/10 Our score
What the listing says
- INCLUDES 1 Bottles of 128oz Fabuloso and 1 Fabuloso Cleaner Cloth
- 2X CONCENTRATED FORMULA – Makes twice as much!
- ALL PURPOSE CLEANER – The Fabuloso multi-purpose cleaner not only cleans thoroughly, but it also leaves…
- IRRESISTIBLE SCENT – Lasting freshness that you can literally feel!
- SUITABLE ON MOST SURFACES – The multi-use Fabuloso cleaner cuts through dirt and grease yielding impressive results with minimal effort.
The Fabuloso Lemon All Purpose Cleaner listing says it makes 64 gallons of floor cleaner. It does not state the bottle volume or pack count. The package weighs 8.6 pounds, close to the gallon jugs below, but the listing does not confirm it is a gallon.
The description is the same 2X multi-purpose copy used elsewhere: bathroom, kitchen and floor use, cuts grease, grime and dirt, and an easy-pour bottle with twice the uses and active ingredients. It mentions a long-lasting fruit scent rather than lemon, even though the title names lemon.
This fits a host who mops often and wants a large supply. If you want a listing that states size and lemon scent clearly, the Concentrated Formula 1 Gallon at the end of this list is more straightforward.

FABULOSO APC LEMON 1GAL for Buyers Who Check Details
8.8/10 Our score
Best for: Buyers who can confirm listing details
What the listing says

Pros
- Lemon, 1 gallon in title
- Fabuloso brand
Cons
- Description says cleaner cloth
- Dimensions look like errors
The FABULOSO APC LEMON 1GAL listing has a title that reads as a one-gallon lemon all-purpose cleaner from Colgate Palmolive Company, with a weight of 8.55 pounds. That is where the clarity ends.
The description reads “Fabuloso cleaner cloth,” the product dimensions are listed as 1 by 1 by 0.2 inches, and the model number field contains a string that does not look like a real model. The listing does not specify concentration, surfaces or scent beyond the title.
We would only consider this listing if you can confirm on the product page that it is the gallon lemon cleaner. Otherwise, the Concentrated Formula 1 Gallon listing covers the same need with clearer information.

Cons
- Scent not stated
- Model field hints 4-pack
The Fabuloso All Purpose Cleaner 128-ounce listing says it makes 64 gallons per bottle and describes a 2X concentrated formula. At 128 ounces making 64 gallons, that works out to about 2 ounces of concentrate per gallon of water. The package measures 12.44 by 6.1 by 5.94 inches and weighs 8.6 pounds.
The description covers bathroom, kitchen and floor cleaning, cutting grease, grime and dirt, and a long-lasting fragrance, but the listing does not name the scent. Its model field reads “4pk Fabuloso,” which could mean a four-pack, yet the title and weight suggest a single bottle.
This suits a cleaning crew or host with frequent turnovers who wants maximum volume. Confirm the scent and quantity first if you are buying specifically for lemon. For kitchens that need a ready-to-use option between mop days, our guide to kitchen cleaner spray covers spray bottles.

- Refreshing Lemon Scent – Leaves your home smelling clean and citrus-fresh
- Multi-Surface Use – Ideal for floors, kitchens, bathrooms, and walls

The description says it powers through grease, grime and dirt with twice the cleaning power in every drop, and names floors, kitchens and bathrooms as uses.
It measures 5.5 by 6.18 by 10.67 inches and weighs 8.53 pounds. The listing includes a “Biodegradable Warning” material feature without explaining it.
Of the gallon listings, this is the one whose title, description and scent all agree, which makes it our pick for hosts who want a gallon of lemon Fabuloso without guesswork. It is heavy for an RV, so decant into the 56-ounce bottle size for travel.
Before you choose
How to Choose the Right Fabuloso Lemon All Purpose Cleaner
Start with storage space. The 56-ounce 2X bottle is about 10 inches tall and under 4 pounds, which fits a camper cabinet or small rental closet. Gallon jugs weigh around 8.5 pounds and need a lower shelf or floor space.
Next, estimate how much you clean. A single rental or RV can go a long time on one 56-ounce concentrate. Hosts with weekly turnovers across several units will use gallon jugs or the six-pack faster.
Then check the scent. Only the single 56-ounce bottle and the Concentrated Formula 1 Gallon consistently say lemon in both title and description. Other listings mention fruit or passion fruit in the description or leave the scent out.
Finally, remember that concentrate needs diluting for most jobs. Follow the label on the bottle you receive. If you prefer a concentrate with a lighter fragrance for guests with scent sensitivities, our overview of a concentrated all purpose cleaner alternative may help.
